Angelic Pedraza, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Angelic Pedraza is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) since 2021. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2024, her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018—all from Texas A&M University–College Station.

She believes that true knowledge and wisdom originate from God and that both formal education and life experiences play an essential role in developing understanding, character, and meaningful skills. This belief informs her approach to patient care, education, and service.

Angie’s calling to nursing began at age 18 when she started as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1987. She built her career step by step, becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 1991, an Associate Degree Registered Nurse in 2001, and ultimately a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. Throughout her more than three decades in nursing, she has worked in hospital care, home health, diabetes education, school nursing, and detention healthcare. These diverse experiences give her a well-rounded, community-focused perspective and a deep understanding of patient care at every level—from hands-on bedside care to advanced practice management.

Angie provides comprehensive adult primary care, chronic disease management, and personalized health education. She is committed to compassionate, evidence-based care that emphasizes disease prevention, wellness promotion, and patient empowerment.

Her passion also extends to mentoring future nurses, improving public health, and advocating for the nursing profession. Angie currently serves as a Legislative Ambassador for Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP), where she supports policies that expand patient access to care and promote autonomous nurse practitioner practice.

Angie values honesty, integrity, and compassion. She believes meaningful connection and patient involvement are essential to building trust and achieving positive long-term health outcomes. She is committed to lifelong learning and sharing knowledge to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
